Bad Customer Service

Ordered food on the Voda App on the 23rd January 2023 at KFC. The order was wrong and not everything was included in the order. Called customer care and Snenhlanhla answered the phone. Explained my challenge and she asked me to call again. Told her am using a cellphone can't she assist me she told me she can't. Had to call back, hold for more than 5 minutes again to be assisted. Not happy since my airtime was wasted. Customer care lines we hold for some time before the calls are answered and for me that's bad service especially since I told her that am using a cellphone.
