Bad Customer Service

KFC Standerton, Bauman Street. A complaint laid on the 13th of January hasn't been resolved till now. 1. I ordered on the app, money was debited from my account but when I got in store my order wasn't reflecting, waited a few minutes until I decided to place the order cash. I had bought the streetwise 5 for R90. 90, contacted the customer care and only R90 was refunded instead of the whole R90. 90. Contacted them again to inform them that I didn't get my full refund and they took my account information and promised to send it but till today I haven't received anything from them. 2. I complained about the taste of the chicken and that it was tasteless and seemed old, even kept the remaining pieces with the hope that they'll get back to me but till today the manager hasn't called me.
