Bad customer service

On the 19/10/2022 I went into KFC Beach Mangrove in Durban,I made an order at their KFC, but before the cashier (Pezile) could ring the order,I told her to remove one item because I no longer needed, that lady said "awe mma"rudely so, then I asked her, don't I have a choice of changing my order especially because I haven't paid yet, she ignored me looked right past me and called her team leader (Thobani) my travelling companion explained the situation to him, but to my surprise,he didn't apologize for the lady's behavior,he just told us that what we did was wrong and I shouldn't have ordered something if I didn't have money to pay.. I was so shocked because the order came to R162 and in my personal account,I had about +R15k, I couldn't believe what this supervisor was saying.Thobani and my travelling companion argued for a while until he asked him this"Don't we have the right to change our minds about the order?"He also asked "should I buy something that I don't need just because you are saying we are making a lot of work for you? And him assuming that I can't afford a mere very berry crush.He just said don't order when you know that you don't have money to pay,we walked out after collecting the order, dissapointed, disrespected, degraded.Even a homeless person intervened and said "but my boss,the customer is always right"He just kept saying it's wrong loudly so . Didn't even apologized.
