Bad customer service

I had placed an order at KFC Acropolis mall in the Phoenix plaza, asked for 2 streetwise two the lady told me there's only 1 piece chicken left ,so I then told her I want to place another order for the 6 piece chicken. She then said I have to wait for another customer to come place order if not they will have to go fry my chicken in a " pot "and the chicken is going to get burnt .... with so much attitude.... That was a big lie, KFC chicken is fried in a fryer these KFC staff was rushing to close so she **** to me. This is disgusting behaviour and this not the first time I'm experiencing this at the Phoenix plaza branch staff are not happy to do they job they talk with attitude when it's they job and they are getting paid .really Other customers was also waiting and upset. This is bad customer service
