Bad customer service

Worst customer service ever!!! On the 26th July I made an online order for delivery, the order was canceled due to driver availability. And the money was reversed into my account immediately. I did a second order from a other outlet and this too was canceled. But this time the reversal was not done. I waited till the 5th August and when no reversal was made I called customer service. A financial consultant was supposed to get back to me but never did. On the 17th I called again, again the promise of a call back. Yesterday a transaction was deducted of my account for the same amount that had to be reversed. Now I am told that in order to get a refund they had to take the money again from my account. Make it make sense!
