Bad customer service

I went to Lephalale KFC in town early morning at exactly 3h30 and on my arrival the guy who was taking my order told me that there was no chicken and when I ask how long it will take so that I can wait he rudely said that the chicken will be ready at 5h00am, meaning after 1hr 30minutes. I paused and ask of a reason why should it take that long and instead of answering he showed me his back and left me at the drive thru, when he turned his back he realised that I am not gone yet and he came back. I asked for his name and his response was that I will know it some other day until some women he works with came over and told me his name was Richard (not sure if thats true). The manner that I was spoken to is unacceptable and very rude. I will appreciate if this can be addressed so that whoever responsible can be orientated again on how to treat customers.
