Bad customer service

Poor customer service at KFC Lambton I went to the drive thru the staff lady was just siting with her tablet...instead of waiting at the beginning of the drive thru she chose to seat at the middle of the drive Thru...she will let you drive all the way to her sitting down not even standing to show she sorry with what so ever that was not working I. ....According to drive thru the is a reason why is there ...instead of KFC to put up a sign they will let us drive all way to go inside ...when I asked for a Mananger inside about poor service sum lady came she had no name tag on ....she didn't even looked so sorry she was just saying it to get out of my face ....thanks to only 1 guy who was good at his job ....only 1 person who took his job series the guy at self assist ...big up to him for taking his job serious....I think his the 1 who needs to be a manager he could have done it better in handling my situation....always when I'm at Lambton I'm always getting bad customer service so I'm tired to of keep quite...
