Bad Customer Service

Went to KFC Randburg to purchase a meal and I asked for Sundae and I was told the was no ice cream after I just paid while waiting for my meal a customer after me paid for the ice cream and they did not tell her they did not have they offered her I've cream...

I don't like the service I got coz I wanted to enjoy and I was craving for ice cream.. They service was really bad the cashier had a lot of attitude... PALESA
