Bad customer service

Recently went to KFC Brits the one close the medi clinic,the drive thru lady and the cashier were so rude,i told them i would like to choose chicken pieces and they told me KFC is no longer doing as i was shocked because the day before i bought KFC at Rustenburg and i was asked Then when i got home by the zinger wings bag they were only 3 and only winglets as i bought 10 pieces family treat
