bad customer service

30 min ago I was at KFC Pretoria corner Lillian Ngoyi and Francis Baard I bought SW Feast 6 piece order 694 Chk 3614 unique code: sa ***<br> I'd like to complain about Tsietsi the manager, his attitude towards customers I think he needs a customer service training again..... and when I got the house I realised that my stuff was not according what I was charged for.... his attitude made him to even forget to put everything I bought! the guy he even brag and told me and told me the customer service is on the bag...... I try to call it, but I count succeed..... so please tell Tsietsi to change his attitude coz he might loose his job..... I don't like to do this, but Tsietsi's attitude is very very bad
