Bad customer service

I had to wait 1h45 my for my order at Birch Acres MallKFC, the service was terrible. Even you ask for the manager he/she refused to come and explain what is happening, they refused to give us our money back. This is unacceptable taking advantage of the customers that paid for the their orders. VERY VERY BAD
