Bad customer service

Ordered and payed online at KFC Mdantsane Highway. When I got to the store they had a power outage, well and good. Asked for a refund and they said the cannot process refunds for online orders in store . I then called customer care at 17:42 and I was told I was to be issued with a voucher within 5 minutes, I then drove 12 km to another store and waited for the voucher and after 30 minutes I called again and the lady said she will get the guy who assisted me at first to call me . 2 hours has passed and Im still waiting for the call. Mr reference number is CAS-***-W4Z3M5.
