Bad Customer Service

If possible I wouldn't even have given them one star cause they deserve none, complained about swapped orders have been promised that the store will call me it's been over a month waiting for this to be sorted instead they tell me they are escalating, reported it on the 27th of July, sent proof. How long do ya'll really need to escalate such a simple thing that should've been sorted a long time ago. Ref:CAS *** K6L8J5
