Bad customer service

I think it is high time I finally complaint about the appalling service I have received from KFC Hazedean, not once but twice! The first instance was about a month ago when i ordered what i normally order, six piece family treat and a sweet chillie twister. The strips in the twister were not properly cooked. You would think a chicken selling franchise would know the risks (salmonella). Safe to say it took them more than an hour and half to resolve this. Toda, I called at 16:22 to place an order. An hour later I called to track my order and I was told the driver signed out my order but my order was still in the store. The lady went as far as telling me that she remembers my name and called me bad luck. At 18:00 I told them to cancel the order as I had to make alternative arrangements. They insisted on sending the driver despite my request. The driver arrived at 19:00 and I unfortunately had to turn him back. I am more annoyed by their lack of remorse and the lightheart manner in which I was treated in both cases. I dare them to replay my calls to them on both cases.
