Bad Customer Service

I went to KFC in Keywest and when I entered, an employee approached us(was with my husband) and asked us if we are paying with cash or card and I said card, she (Ill be referring to her as she because she did not have a name tag, so I cant even name her out) advised is to use the self-service machine, ohk I agreed and when I was trying to use it, I got stuck and asked for her help because I wanted the Ghost pepper dunked box and I couldn’t find it on the menu, she then chose ghost pepper meal and I asked her countless times if it is the one that comes with a piece of chicken and she said yes, i even asked her if she is sure because I dont see it included there …she said yes, it is the one, i then said to her that i hope it comes with a piece of chicken the she nodded…I then proceeded with my order and checked out and paid only to find out that the option that she chose was the one that doesn’t cone with a piece of chicken regardless of me asking her countless times if she is sure…now it was like I wanted to de***** them or somehow because I wanted the ghost pepper dunked box and I paid for the ghost pepper crunch meal and when I tried to call her , she was dunk and diving as if she didn’t want to take accountability of what she did…totally not pleased with that and shall not buy from KFC Keywest going forward.
