BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to this particular KFC because we hardly have any problems with their service on the 18th May 2022 we went there to get our usual and we dealt with a extremely rude cashier by the name of KHULULIWE upon our order we werent informed full bout the difficulties the store was having in that case the price of the food ordered would go up as she is supposed to upon getting to paying she still doesnt inform us of the problem and when asked what the problem was and why price has sparked higher than whats on the menu she threw a fit at us as if we owe her answers and processed our order and ignored our question. I was quiet infuriated by this behaviour cause i was pleasent and she threw it back in my face. Customer service is what ensures customers return to your outlets please if she feels she cant deal with customers at that time maybe she should work in a department that doesnt require customer communications. Im really unhappy about this.
