BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

New KFC fountain plaza in plaza in Protea glen extension 20 next to engine garage your service is pathetic, I bought food via drive through the lady by the name of Xiluva she was soooo rude she can't speak to customers, she doesn't have respect, please do something with the staff my husband as well his forever complaining with their service and today I experienced it by myself!!! Please teach Xiluva a good customer service she must not forget that she is at work, and we are not her friends we are paying for this service. I am very disappointed please do something.
