Bad customer service

Good day,

I bought a triple bday pack and the option for dip-ins was not asked by the cashier, I asked if they included then an answer with an attidute followed I think from the supervisor that we have to pay for it, whilst I was never told. It's not the 1st time that guy produced an attitude, last I kept quiet since I also work with people. But today it was too much, I don't care how HOT giyani is, not an attitude on MY MONEY!
