Bad customer service

On the 15 March 2021 I went to buy 6 pieces of chicken and they told me about the item on promotion and I was interested because it's the same piece but comes with extras. When I got home I realised that they packed 2 wings and the rest is breasts. Following day i called to complaint and I asked to speak to the supervisor and Vuyelwa told me that I can speak to her. She was a bit rude on the phone and I told her that I am surprised with the service she is rendering to me because when I asked her name she said I must introduce myself first before she can tell me her name. I then lodge a complaint and also ask if it is possible for me to exchange those pieces because she also agreed with me that they were supposed to pack variety of pieces not only 1 kind., worse of all the dry one. She then promised to call me back with an answer until today she hasn't called and I had to through them away.

I called about 3 times and I was told she is unavailable and would leave a message and she wouldn't return my calls. Friday the 26 I called them again and I spoke to Rashida who also acknowledge the receipt of my complain and apologized but still nothing was done or no one called me not even Vuyelwa.
