Bad customer service

I went to order 8 streetwise mix so as these come with goodie bags I requested that the meals are packed in those bags so that I don't take their brown bag the lady named refilwe could not even have a decency to tell she won't be able to yet they agreed such bad customer service cannot be tolerated at all I could have bought somewhere else but I chose them.
