bad customer service

So sent KFC customer service a email on Monday 14th September 2015 about how they got my order wrong on Sunday the 13th September 2015 still no response no apology for the epic fail of food I received at KFC in Grassy Park... Going to KFC on sunday for a simple street wise one (a piece of chicken, Mash and gravy and a mini loaf) get home to find 4 zinger wings (that I don't eat and no piece chicken) and mash and gravy that had little to no mash in and ended up being SOUP!! fail fail fail !!!!!! AND NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! will not be eating KFC again since you don't care bout your customers and there experiences!!!
