Bad customer service.

Hello Peter I'm Nomusa Duma and had a very bad experience with KFC from Hillcrest old main road they had a KFC quiz from online and i had won a 9 piece KFC bucket you had to claim with a voucher code so wen I went to the store they said there's an IT problem so they can't do anything about it so I called the store 2days later spoke to a manager nd they said they going to call me back I was the one who did the follow up even called the head office they gave me a reference number since today they've never called me to check if I got my KFC I'm very disappointed in KFC its my best fast food store I thought I could trust them but I can never ever trust they're poor customer service it's a pity I still buy from them.
