Bad customer service

Hello, I just bought kfc at kfc vaal mall in vanderbijlpark, the meat they gave me was very oily, went back to complain and have them change it, they did, but still gave me oily meat, and when I told them that it's still the same, they just looked at me like I'm crazy.
