I had 2 complaints about 2 different KFC on 2 separate occasions and till date I have not received any feedback or replacement of my meals, except for customer care calling me April to let me know that they are investigating the matter and will get back to immediately.

The first case was for disgusting stale food from the Empire KFC , and the other was for a meal that had tiny pieces of chicken mostly wings when I ordered from Craighall KFC.

I find this to be very unfair that KFC staff cannot honor their commitment of contacting me back has promised and resolving the issue.
