Bad Customer service

Today I bought simple Streetwise Box for one in President Square in Krugersdorp at 12:36 and i got my order i got my order at 13:00 and when i ask the lady didn't even care she said my order was taken and when check the screen it was not done everyone who bought after me they got their order i'm complaining because they don't have a good customer services can they change their attitude for the customers
