Bad customer service

Dear KFC, i love it and its always nice. However I am not happy with the service at parktown. This is the second time I am being treated bad by a cashier named Sihle. On Friday 28/02/2025. I wanted there for over 50 min waiting for my order to a point where the store even closed while i was inside and i was told that there's no meat. Today 02/03/2025, i decided to use the drive thru, unfortunately she was my cashier once again and the attitude that i received was unpleasant.
