Bad customer service

So I went to KFC in golden walk Germiston on Friday the 17th to order the special of six piece, chips and colddrink for R100 and the cashier Dimakatso and the management had 2different stories about cold drinks. Cashier said drinks finished in the mrng while the Manager was saying a day or 2back.The manager Michael was very arrogant and he insisted that I have been to the store a week before and he told me there are no cold drinks, of which I don't even stay in Germiston and it was my first time there. They refused to sell me food and I complained with their head office and I am still waiting for a call till now. Are they not selling specials so that their GP doesn't drop or they are keeping drinks for themselves for lunch.
