Bad customer service

Yesterday I went 2 KFC Thabong to ģet my son the nugget box, I waited 45mins b4 getting it. My mistake was not checking þhe order if it was right, the asked if um ohk I said no he took my slip, 5mins the lady says here is your order which she asked am I the one with the nugget box checked it but still gave me the wrong. When I got home to open it was a crunch burger, you can see it was drunken but he or she was trying to remove the syrup , the chips where raw soaked in oil... I was so disappointed at the lady who gave me my order cause asked n still gave me the wrong orde
