Bad customer service

My hubby and I do date day every Tuesday and what we like to do is go for an ice cream at KFC. However every week we have a problem with KFC Meadowdale either they don’t have ice cream or the ice cream is runny like a milkshake. We complain all the time but hey they don’t care. They also have no stock of the Kit Kat ice cream and apparently won’t be getting anytime soon. They have a store close on the way to Bedfordview but why should we have to travel just for an ice cream.
