Bad customer service

I ordered from their online, to be delivered, the service was great in terms of delivery and time taken. But the KFC Lambton Branch who fulfilled me order, left out my gravy and the one piece of chicken was so raw it was dripping blood into the rest of my food. I then phone the branch to tell them what was wrong, and the lady that answered, pricilla, was extremely rude, and then said she needs the number of the driver from me in order to see what happens, I kept telling her that I didn’t have it, and why would I have the number of their driver. She then tells me she will phone me back to sort it out. I didn’t hear from her for 40 minutes, then I phoned her back and she says she tried to phone me but my phone was off, but she will send the gravy. So I tell her about the chicken again, and she replies with a “fine, I’ll send another piece” and puts the phone down on me
