Bad customer service

I am unimpressed with the service i received today.Dimpho from Kfc tsakane mall super rude and very disrespectful to clients. She got angry coz i asked her to change my order from just boxmaster to a meal she shouted at me and told me that voiding is a process and she is in a hurry she wants to go to the back. I asked why she's shouting n we were not done with the transaction so i don't understand why she's shouting.She said im frustrating her n the manager would shout at her for voiding . Very bad customer service.
