BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst customer service provided ever, assistant manager or manager by the name of Puleng (KFC Whiteriver Mpumalanga) is very unprofessional and shouting to us customers when we ask why we being services by one person because you have 2 extra tills that is not attended to and the que is very long , she told us her boss didn’t give her authority to open the other tills to function, we then ask can we talk to your manager and she told us that the manager attended the gala dinner and she is in charge. We request KFC to take her for anger management course and she needs to learn basic communication s****s, management s****s and interpersonal s****s because she is very rude to customers.

I expect to be called !!!!!
