Bad customer service.

I was about to pay for my R2 Black Friday deal then I got the below error message. First it said connection error. The second time it shows me the order tracking screen. The is absolutely nonsense. I always buy from you with no issues. Is this how you thank your customers?

I guess I'll have to stop buying from you!!! I am disappointed!☹️
