Bad customer service

I am very very angry with the service that I got at KFC a manager couldn't even help and assist me while I spent my whole lunch there their pap was not ready enough saw I couldn't not eat and she even comment that I am the third customer returning street wise 2 pap Saw how can a manager not resolved my issue while I spent my time there and i didn't even have a chance to enjoy my lunch yes she return for me but still I am not happy at all now I have to go and check something to eat again the supervisor s name is pheobie at century City brach I will never buy KFC again not again and this is not my first time

Please resolve this issue
