Bad Customer service

Went to KFC Zevenwatch mall for lunch today, got the most ****piest customer service ever, the lady who was taking my order who I later learned was Amanda was really rude. Iv got a very bad eyesight an had forgotten my spectacle in the office as she was taking my order she didnt ask me if I would be having a meal or regular streetwise2 as other cashiers do,I had to ask her to add the drink and her response was we do not have Coke, I ask her what soda's do they have and she pointed at the soda machine which was really far from were I was standing and said look there. I asked her politely to tell me which soda's as I could not see clearly and she was plain rude and asked me what is it that I do not see she is not going to list which soda's they have I must look closer and people now were starring at us I didnt wanna cause a seen and I requested for Fanta not sure if they have one,never the less she was not rude to me alone but to another lady that came after me I witnessed this while I was waiting on the queue for my order. Please you need to train your stuff, I have also worked in call centre before and I know the frustration of dealing with customers but I was train to always treat my customer as if they were my first customer,what I witnessed today was a lady who didnt wanna be at work.
