Bad customer service

Blackheath KFC ****** me my mini loaf after I place an order on Mr delivery, I called them and France Mahole gave me attitude and told me that they won't deliver I must come collect from them. I paid for the delivery the first time so I must pay again so I can get the mini loaf. Your service is pathetic and you are robbing customers.
