Bad customer service.

I went to the kfc in centurion this morning at 6:17 to their drive thru. I waited for over 5 minutes. I then deove around to go inside and asked what time theirudrive thru opens and they said its open but no one was there to assist me. A white lady also experienced the same issue with the drive thru, came in after me but her order was ready before mine. They did not even apologise for their terrible aattotud and disgusting service. If this is common practice maybe they need to take some advise from kfc by the state theatre as their service is amazing.
