Bad customer service

Very very bad, after a long day in the office after work...so i decided i would spoil my pregnant fiance with a kfc meal after all i was hungry too, only to be met with an unprofessional,rude and bad behaviour to mention the least on the telecom when placing my meal. I sincerely asked for a 1 minute pause before i order as i was concluding a call...only to here 'words: hai hai bhekela bhekela buyisa umva imoto' at first i didnt think he was talking to me especially in that loxion untrained and regardless tone. So my fiance and i decided to get iut of the drive way and seeked for a parking and we went inside to confront the bad encounter but only to find another regardless and unapologetic man who just laughed at us...the manager tried to interview he would not show any remorse and seeimed to enjoy the protection of his supervisors in the franchise.
