Bad customer service

Good day<br> I was at KFC yesterday 08 May 2015,I wanted Dunked wings.i was assisted by the guy called Shumani,I was told that there's no source to make dunked wings,I understand it was not Shumani's fault that there's no source,as I asked them to make a note that there's no source,then Wendy said something to Shumani,I asked him what did she said,she looked at me with attitude,as a customer I was expecting a sorry not an attitude from her,she was even swearing at her colleagues where customers could here the swearing,which is not professional.i was so disappointed with the attitude that I got,I left without buying anything
