BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was at KFC soshanguve crossing on Monday night of the 23rd of December 2019 to buy food for my family the queue was fairly long and most of the customers on the queue have bank cards as a mode of payment when it was my turn to buy i was told that cash only they are not taking any bank cards firstly there was No Note informing customers that they were offline on their paynet system the cashier take it as a Joke and we thought he was not serious up untill he called only cash paying customers everyone had to leave as we had only bank cards with us and this nowadays people are no longer carrying cash with them due to ******ies as customer we felt we lost precious time on their queue if there was a not we could have gone somewhere to buy food or maybe to McDonald next door
