Bad customer service

So today I went to buy KFC during luch the one at KFzc Hooper lane 285 Pine street, I must say I am so dissapointed with your staff .I saw his name but I will not mention names cz I am trying to get him fired but that was a **** service he provided. I was not aware that KFC got favourutism, the guy walked in never join the payment line as I was waiting for my order and everythin was there all he had to do was pack my food so I can get out of his face but you know what he did?

He took money from this guy neh pack his order n he was gone so I would like to knw I what special about him?? Was he paying billions or his money is more important than ours ? Plese teach your staff respect.
