BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

So i pop into KFC in Newton Park to get myself and my wife a little soft serve ice-cream for the road home. I get to the till, order the soft serves from a very unfriendly Thamie, so i expect her to quickly do the ice-creams and then i would be off, well not at this store! I paid at 17:57 and only got my soft serves at 18:10! Is it not general practice that they quickly do the ice-creams for you and carry on with the rest of the orders? When i confronted her, she just gave me this look with attitude, did not even apologise or anything! Another lady in store was also complaining of bad service and there were customers that also walked out and said they would rather go to another KFC! Really now ...
