Bad customer service

<p>Went to buy at KFC in promenade Mitchell's plain food court and wanted to order the lunchbox meal for R49.90 but requested to change zinger wings to dunked wings and was told they don't do that and I have done it many times in diferrent KFC's including the one here in Mitchell's plain but outside so I asked for the manager and a manager called Simi came and explained they don't do it here so I explained to him that I've done it before so he left and another lady manager called ncumisa came from the back with attitude written written all over her and she started yelling and telling us they don't do the exchange here and we must go and buy were they normally do it for us and I finded that very upsetting for her to tell us go buy somewhere else instead of finding out if it's done or not and started telling her she is being very disrespectful and the is no need for her to yell and some of the stuff came from the back as well telling her to stop what she is doing but she didn't she continued to insult me and my sister and I wanted to leave but my sister said no we will not be abused we want kfc and we gonna get it. She was busy insulting us until we got our order telling us this is not our kfc and we wont do as we wish. </p> <p> </p> <p>For someone who is a manager I was very disappointed to be treated with such rudeness, attitude and unprofessionalism. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know what steps will be taken to rectify this because this was unacceptable shame. </p>
