Bad customer service

I was really made a fool by a cashier working by KFC Queenswood drive through, I arrived there before closing time before 8pm,when I wanted to place my order I was told I will wait for 30 minutes for the meat, I should drive off then come back, as soon as I drove off I saw the cashier close the window, she should have told me she can't help me rather than make me a fool, my husband and I felt disrespected.... I'm not happy at all about how we were treated.
