bad customer service

<p>on the 23/05/2017 in stellnbosch KFC corner of adam tass and dorp street, i was standing in the line on a drive thru to order while i was checking for what i wanted to buy, the lady at the till was rude and had no patience, i ended up ordering what i dd not want. when we approached the window she then tells me i did not order anything i had to repeat myself. she had a smark look on her face and did not even bother to appologise. when i asked for her name i was given a wrong name but the till slip said 106 Nontando. i am not happy at all of the service i was given and i ended up buying someting i did not want to purchase at that moment.</p>
