Bad customer service

<p>At about 19:59 on there 15/05/2017 at a KFC in Diepkloof Square,I ordered a KFC meal consisting of a value box + 1 piece and a friend ordered a zinger box + 1 piece and when I got my order there was no 1 piece...when I asked about it,I was told that I never ordered a piece...Instead of apologizing there guy opted to call me a **** </p>
