Bad customer service

On Wednesday around 7Pm I was at KFC Jane Furse to buy street wise two via their drive thru only to find out their card machine is not working in the drive thru section, I was told to park the car and buy inside, when I got inside we were 3 in a Queue, and there was no cashier to serve us,

There was a lady standing by the door and I asked to be served, then she told me to wait a bit. The cashier arrived after 15minutes of waiting and I placed my order, I was told the gravy is not there, then I asked for a replacement of something since the gravy is not available, the cashier said it's either I buy or I leave the store, she will not replace the gravy. Then I ended up buying something I ddnt want to buy.
