Bad customer service

I ordered on the kfc app paying part with voucher and balance with debit card only to receive a msg saying the money was corrected in my account, when I called kfc i was then informed that they don’t have drivers and they have cancelled my order and I must wait for 24 to 72 hours for them to refund back my voucher, I found it unacceptable if I didn’t call how was I going to find out, I had to spend my day without eating because I had to wait for the voucher to be verified while they know from their side that I didn’t get my order.
