Bad customer not even customer lady who was selling

I was at Kfc lemo mall Bloemfontein Friday 8th 2022 I didn't like what happend Some lady who was not even a customer came with her personal issues and confronted one of the stuff and i don't blame the staff you can't come to my work place and provoke me with personal issues I feel sorry for that lady cause our companies might want to make case against her while that person was not even a client I went to the branch on Tuesday wanted to meet with manager and tell the manager that person who came in is the one who was rong and worse they even let her insult without chasing her out why are we killing each other what if they kfc lady loss her job companies must protect their employees especially if it's personal
