Bad customer expirience

I have never expirienced such with KFC Diepkloof Square Drive thru- I got there last night at 22:00 and left at 22:45

1stly there was no order point so there was one window working whereby you order pay and wait for your order this results in waiting longer than one should especially on a drive thru- unless KFC by default means park thru

Secondly one the same window cars are ordering on walking customers are also ordering as they say they have closed the walk in enterance this means the drive thru system is interrupted no proper implementation made by managment to get the que going

3rdly when it was finally my turn to order as i mentioned there where walking passengers i was doing a card payment i had to enter my pin next to someone standing outside the car question is where is the safety ? worse i requested bolt to go buy meaning waiting for 45min meant that my bolt ride increased from 40rands to a R100 all this thanks to KFC DIEPKLOOF SQUARE the staff is not even sorry or have a sense of urgent they just dont care
